Software License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase and verified payment, BIVORIX grants you a commercial, non-exclusive license to install and execute BIVORIX Business Manager on supported computers in accordance with the purchased edition:

• Standard Annual Plan: Valid for installation on one (1) shop computer or primary server terminal.
• Multi-Counter LAN Edition: Valid for unlimited concurrent billing counter terminals within the same shop establishment connected via a local area network (LAN) sharing a single local database.

2. 14-Day Free Trial & Annual Renewal Terms

Every business may evaluate the software with a full 14-day free trial. After the evaluation period, license validity is maintained via an affordable annual renewal fee. All business databases remain 100% stored locally on your own computer without mandatory cloud hosting dependencies.

3. Data Ownership & Customer Rights

All business records, invoices, stock movements, and customer accounts entered into BIVORIX remain the sole and exclusive property of the customer. You have the absolute right to export your complete database and files at any time without restriction.

4. Limitation of Liability

BIVORIX is provided "as is" with mathematical exactness and rigorous automated verification. It remains the responsibility of the licensee to ensure tax rates (GST) and accounting entries comply with applicable local statutory regulations. BIVORIX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
