Transparent & Fair: If BIVORIX does not fulfill your business requirements, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

1. Eligibility Window

All license purchases (Standard Annual Plan and Multi-Counter LAN Edition) made directly through our official website are covered by an unconditional 7-day money-back guarantee. The 7-day period begins on the date of transaction completion.

2. How to Request a Refund

To claim a refund, email refunds@bivorix.in from the email address provided during checkout, stating:

Your Order ID (e.g. ORD-BIV-XXXXXX)
Licensed Business Name
Brief feedback on why the software did not fit your workflow (optional, helps us improve)

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your request. Funds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI account, debit/credit card, or bank account) via the payment gateway within 3 to 5 banking days, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

4. License Revocation

Upon processing a refund, the associated cryptographic license key is invalidated and retired from support services.
