BIVORIX Privacy Policy

Core Principle: Your business data belongs exclusively to you. BIVORIX does not collect, transmit, sync, or sell your business records.

1. Offline-First Architecture & Zero Telemetry

BIVORIX Business Manager is engineered as an offline-first Windows desktop application. All invoice records, product catalogs, customer ledgers, supplier balances, tax computations, and audit logs are stored strictly inside your local MySQL 8.4 database located at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Bivorix\data on your personal computer.

The application contains no background telemetry, no remote usage tracking, no analytics pingbacks, and no hidden developer administrator access.

2. Customer-Controlled Backups & Cloud Sync

All backup archives are created locally and encrypted using military-grade AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption with a passphrase chosen by you. If you choose to configure Google Drive backup, the application communicates directly between your computer and Google's OAuth2 endpoints using your own Google account credentials with the restricted drive.file scope. No data ever passes through a developer-owned intermediate server.

3. Commercial Website & Payment Processing

When purchasing a BIVORIX software license through our commercial website, payment processing is conducted securely via licensed payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Stripe). BIVORIX does not receive, store, or process your credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials. We collect only your business name, contact name, email address, and optional GSTIN for the sole purpose of issuing your cryptographically signed license file and providing sales support.
